I’ve testified at the White House, built nonprofits from nothing, and coached women navigating the exact same BS I’ve faced.

The systems were not built for us, the rooms that weren’t made for us, and the pressure to sit down, be quiet, and play the game.

And every time someone tried to silence me, I got louder.

But that’s only half the story.

Because even as I was breaking through barriers and building a name for myself, I was abandoning parts of me to succeed. I was hard-edged, burned out, and silently beating myself up. I was leaving my intuition, softness, and soul at the door to “get things done.” And deep down, I felt like a fraud.

So I did the work to integrate the parts of me I’d exiled.

I explored somatic leadership, the divine feminine, and how to lead without leaving my heart behind. I learned how to lead with power and presence. And now? That’s what I teach.
