For over two decades, I’ve coached and worked alongside leaders in male-dominated industries, helping them own the room, influence decisions, and secure career-defining opportunities.

I know firsthand what it’s like to be overlooked, interrupted, and underestimated. Early in my career, I had the expertise and vision, but breaking through the noise? That was the real challenge. I had to learn how to navigate power dynamics, position my ideas strategically, and ensure my voice wasn’t just heard, but respected.

I’ve spent my life speaking truth to power - whether that was rallying 2,300 volunteers to fix broken schools, calling out funders for excluding Indigenous voices, or refusing to be patted on the head by another smug white dude in a meeting.

I’ve been the woman in the room no one expected to speak up…who did it anyway.

I’ve testified at the White House, built nonprofits from nothing, and coached women navigating the exact same BS I’ve faced: the systems not built for us, the rooms that weren’t made for us, and the pressure to sit down, be quiet, and play the game.

And every time someone tried to silence me, I got louder.

But that’s only half the story.

Because even as I was breaking through barriers and building a name for myself, I was abandoning parts of me to succeed. I was hard-edged, burned out, and silently beating myself up. I was leaving my intuition, softness, and soul at the door to “get things done.” And deep down, I felt like a fraud.

So I did the work to integrate the parts of me I’d exiled.

I explored somatic leadership, the divine feminine, and how to lead without leaving my heart behind. I learned how to lead with power and presence. And now? That’s what I teach.

Because women in STEM don’t need another lesson on how to play the game.

We need permission AND TOOLS to change it.
