Over the last 25+ years, I’ve coached thousands of powerhouse women through the same systemic BS I’ve faced: being interrupted, underestimated, and overlooked, even at the top.
And I’ve called out funders, rallied thousands of volunteers, testified at the White House, and built a body of work around one truth:

I’ve done the hard-edged, over-performing version of success. It nearly broke me. So I did the deeper work, integrating strategy and soul, power and presence.
