Everyone seems so busy these days, stressed out, overwhelmed and worried about the future. All of this leaves us exhausted and we never seem to take a moment to breathe and really enjoy the richness that life has to offer. What’s worse is we know we are supposed to take time to “smell the flowers” but who has time for that? The kids need to be picked up or dinner needs to be on the table or the boss is calling or you need to work late or…. Whew. Just talking about this is getting me stressed out.

Well I can totally relate. To say that 2011 was a really "hard" year for me is an understatement. To say I was stalled out is an understatement.

- I went from crying myself to sleep at night after my Mom died of Ovarian Cancer to a state of peace and acceptance for the life we had together.
- I went from being in the wrong job, at the wrong place, at the wrong time to doing what I love with purpose, grace and clarity.
What was my secret? I found brilliant and wonderful coaches who helped me because I was too close to my own life to see my way out.
